We needed a strong person to facilitate our strategy day with our advisory board in order to extract an actionable plan, achieving the milestones for the year ahead with agreed targets. I have had the pleasure of knowing Val Quinn through Vital Voices and the Global Ambassadors program for some time and as a result knew how superbly Val operates so Val was a natural choice for what we needed and ultimately she delivered a brilliant strategic session.
The prep work that Val carried out beforehand was invaluable and meant that the day itself was a huge success. We achieved the desired outputs which I don’t think we would have achieved otherwise especially in just one day.
Val is extremely diligent in her prep, insightful throughout and her experience shone through. She knew exactly what we wanted to achieve during the day and as a result was brilliant keeping us on track (which we needed, more than a few times). Considering the different personalities around the table along with the huge resources in terms of time and money for this strategic session to take place, it was imperative that the day was successful and mapped out a clear 2023 strategy with action items and that is what we got.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Val for this type of work or any executive consultancy or strategic planning work in this regard.

I've worked with Val on a number of different projects over the last few years. Val is the BEST at what she does. She has had an incredible career but is also humble yet confident in what she does. I ran an in person corporate training day and Val gave a 45 minute session on leadership which exceeded all expectations. She was brilliant.
On my Give Learn online learning platform Val ran our Leadership program in 2022 and 2023, which consisted each year of four 1 hour sessions. The feedback was exemplary and i look forward to working with her again in the future.
